Travel insurance FAQs
Travel insurance
Why travel insurance?
Even after months of preparation there is no guarantee that your travel will go to plan. Just imagine if the unexpected happens during your travels: hospitalisation because of a motor cycle accident in Bali, food poisoning in Mumbai or luggage stolen in Rome.
With provisions for medical treatment, lost travel documents or luggage, emergency assistance and more, you will have peace of mind knowing that with Defence Health Travel Insurance you have comprehensive cover during your international or domestic travels.
You don’t have to be a member of the ADF to enjoy the competitive premiums offered. All members of the Defence community including friends and family can take advantage of this value for money cover.
