As you review the SISs, please note that it does not provide for the following:

• Specific premiums and waiting periods that may apply to your policy
• Lifetime Health Cover loading or Federal Government Rebate amounts other than the 30% Rebate
• The reduction of any waiting periods due to previous insurance cover
• Benefits in addition to those required to be detailed on the SIS
