News about Injury & Accident Insurance
Defence Health distributes Injury & Accident Insurance designed specially for the Defence community. Chartis Australia is the provider of this insurance.
Chartis will be introducing a new Defence Health Injury & Accident product in the next two or three months. It will replace the current product which will close in 2012.
The current Injury & Accident Insurance is no longer available for sale. As soon as the new product is available, details will be posted on this website.
Existing Injury & Accident Insurance policies
- Existing policyholders’ cover continues unchanged.
- Once the new product becomes available, existing policyholders can choose to either switch or retain their current policy until August 2012.
- Any remaining existing policies will be closed in August 2012.
We will be writing to all existing policyholders.
