- Changing the name of any person on your policy
- Adding a new person to your policy
- Changing your cover
- Changing your method of payment
- Changing your PIN
- Your claims history
- Your premium calculator
- Your annual Private Health Insurance Statement to complete your tax return
- Making a credit card payment
