What you should expect from our selection process

 

If you’re applying for an advertised role your resume will be reviewed by one of our HR team members. All applications are carefully considered and candidates whose qualifications and experience meet the needs and competency requirements of the role will be contacted if selected to continue in the recruitment process.

If you’re registering your general interest in working with Defence Health your resume will be stored in our talent database for 12 months. If a suitable role becomes available during this time we contact you.  After 12 months your resume will be deleted, and you will be notified of its removal from our database.
