New Defence Health Mobile Claiming App

We’re retiring the old Defence Health mobile claiming app, so please download or update to the latest version from the Apple Apple App store ​​App store or Google Play before 30 September.

From this date, the old app will stop working and you won’t be able to make claims. 

What’s the fastest way to claim? 

For new extras claims, the quickest way to have your claim processed and paid is for the policy holder to claim via Express Claim in the Member Portal. These claims are usually paid to the nominated bank account within two business days.

• Email a completed claim form  
• Claim your benefit on-the-spot at participating providers.
