Each year we check in with our members to see how satisfied you are with us, and what areas we can improve to deliver you better service. In the tenth consecutive year of member satisfaction research, we’re grateful to receive your tick of approval.

The survey explores key service areas such as telephone support, payment of claims, online services, as well as our general reliability and friendliness.

We’re delighted to report that 98% of members surveyed are satisfied with Defence Health. That’s equal with our best result ever and it’s a significant achievement in the health insurance industry.
