Apple watch Quote Competition Terms and Conditions 2025

People who complete a new quote for a Defence Health product go into the draw to win one Apple Watch SE GPS, subject to the following terms and conditions. 

1. To be eligible for the draw, a person must:

  • not be a current Defence Health policy holder or employee;
  • be a resident of Australia;
  • be eligible to join Defence Health;
  • have provided their name and phone number via the QR code booking online form made available by Defence Health at Indo Pacific between November 4-6, 2025;
  • have completed a quote for any Defence Health product over the phone and referenced “New quote competition” by [28 November 2025]; and
  • agree to these terms and conditions.

2. There is one Apple Watch SE GPS 44mm, recommended retail price of AUD$399 (inclusive of GST) to be won. The winner will not be able to choose their preferred colour/band/size, and Defence Health is not liable if the winner does not receive the watch in a colour/band/size of preference. Apple is not a participant or sponsor in this Competition. The total Prize pool for the Competition is AUD$399.

3. The competition will be drawn on [2 December 2025] at the Head Office of Defence Health at Level 7, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Competition winners will be announced on [4 December 2025] on the Defence Health website at defencehealth.com.au/Support/Competition-Terms-and-Conditions.

4. Winners will be contacted via phone and in writing. Provision of personal information including postal address will be required to redeem the Apple watch.

5. If a winner does not respond to contact within 14 days of first attempted contact, Defence Health will draw a substitute winner.

Corporate Partnerships Competition Terms and Conditions 2025 

1. Promoter

The promoter is Defence Health Limited, ABN 80 008 629 481 located at Level 7, 380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is only open to businesses

  • registered and operating in Australia who are Defence related Departments or a company that’s contracted to the Defence Industry; and
  • that attend the Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition at the International Convention Centre Sydney, New South Wales, Australia held on 4 November 2025 (the “Event”); and
  • have not previously made an entry to this Competition (i.e. there is a limit of one entry per business attendee at the Event).
  • Entrants must be authorised to enter the Competition as representatives of their business (e.g. owner, director, or authorised employee).
  • This is a business-to-business promotion; individual consumers / persons are not eligible to enter.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities are ineligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences at 0900 AEDT on 4 November 2025 and closes at 1630 AEDT on 6 November 2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside of this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, a business representative must register their interest in discussing a corporate partnership with the Promoter during the Competition Period at the Event and during the Event by providing their business and contact details required by the Promoter at the Event.
  • Entry is free and limited to one entry per business
  • By entering, entrants consent to be contacted by the Promoter regarding corporate partnership opportunities and related promotional communications.

5. Prize

  • There is one (1) prize consisting of a $1,000 AmazingCo digital gift voucher that will be emailed to the winning entrant using the details provided to the Promoter upon entry (“Prize”). 
  • Total prize pool value is $1,000 (including GST). 
  • The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
  • The Prize is subject to AmazingCo’s own terms and conditions of use, a copy of which is available

  • If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory requirements.

6. Prize Draw and Notification

  • The draw will take place at the offices of the Promoter by 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2025.
  • The winner will be determined by random draw from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  • If the competition cannot be run as planned due to technical difficulties, tampering, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition, subject to regulatory approval if required.
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising
    in any way out of the promotion or use of the Prize.
  • Any tax liability arising from the receipt of the Prize is the responsibility of the winning entrant business.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

People who complete the Defence Health cancellation survey go into the draw to win one of four $150 Prezzee digital gift cards, subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. To be eligible for the draw, a person must: not be a current Defence Health policy holder or employee; be a resident of Australia; and be invited by Defence Health to complete the survey.
     
  2. The draw is for four $150 Prezzee digital gift cards.
     
  3. The competition will be drawn on Tuesday 29 July 2025 at the Head Office of Defence Health at Level 7, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Competition winners will be announced on Friday 1 August 2025 on the Defence Health website at https://www.defencehealth.com.au/Support/Competition-Terms-and-Conditions.
     
  4. Winners will be contacted via email and phone, and instructions will be emailed on how to redeem their Prezzee digital gift card. The gift card will be supplied by a third party, and the Prezzee terms and conditions will apply. Provision of personal information may be required to redeem the gift card.
     
  5. If a winner is not able to be contacted within 14 days, Defence Health will draw a substitute winner.
     
  6. The link included within the email must be used to complete the survey to go in the draw.
     
  7. Your responses will be kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act and Defence Health’s Privacy Policy, which describes how you may access and correct your information. All information provided will be used solely for research purpose


Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is being governed by Defence Health Limited. Head Office of Defence Health is at Level 7, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. The promotion is for the referral of eligible friends and family members for both the referrer and referred to receive a $100 digital gift card.

2. A. Referred Eligibility: To be eligible for a gift card, the referred person must

be eligible for Defence Health products; 

  • become a Defence Health policy holder on any combined Hospital and Extras product by 31 July 2025;  
  • not claim the transition discount on joining; 
  • remain a member for at least 60 days; 
  • be a resident of Australia and at least 18 years of age; and
  • have referenced the referral code via phone when signing up or signed up via the link provided by the referrer within their email.  

B. Referrer Eligibility: To be eligible for a gift card, the referring person must: 

  • be the main policy holder and a financial member of Defence Health until the referred meets all the Referred Eligibility requirements;  
  • refer someone who meets all the requirements set out above for Referred Eligibility; and 
  • be a resident of Australia and at least 18 years of age. 
  • There is no limit to the number of gift cards a referrer can receive if the member has held a policy for over 12 months. If a member has held a policy for under 12 months, there will be a maximum of one gift card received per policy.  

3. Recipients of the gift cards will be contacted via email with instructions on how to redeem their digital gift card. The gift card will be supplied by Prezzee, and their terms and conditions will apply. Provision of personal information may be required to redeem the gift card. Gift cards will be supplied within 30 days of eligibility requirements being met.

  4. Winners will be contacted via email and phone, and instructions will be emailed on how to redeem their Prezzee digital gift card.   5. If a winner is not able to be contacted within a reasonable time of 14 days, Defence Health will draw a substitute winner.

  2. The draw is for one $1000 Prezzee digital gift card. 
  3. The competition will be drawn on 18 November 2025 at the Head Office of Defence Health at Level 7, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Competition winners will be announced on 21 November 2025 on the Defence Health website at defencehealth.com.au/Support/ CompetitionTerms-and-Conditions. 
  4. Winners will be contacted via email and phone, and instructions will be emailed on how to redeem their Prezzee digital gift card. The gift card will be supplied by a third party, and the Prezzee terms and conditions will apply. Provision of personal information may be required to redeem the gift card.
