Lockheed Martin Australia Employee Gift Card Offer
Terms and Conditions
Offer Term: 3 December 2025- 9 January 2026
The offer set out these Terms and Conditions (the “Offer”) is only available to Eligible Customers that join Defence Health with an Eligible Policy during the Offer Term. Defence Health Limited (ABN 80 008 629 481) strictly makes the Offer available contingent on the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
You will be an Eligible Customer where:
1.1. You purchase an “Eligible Policy”, which means one that is purchased during the Offer Term that provides both hospital and extras cover. Eligible Policies do not include:
1.1.1. Extras Only products
1.1.2. Hospital Only products
1.1.3. Kids only policies or Single (Dependent Child or Dependent Student or Dependent Non-student) policies
1.1.4. ADF Total Package Gold
1.1.5. ADF Essentials Package Basic Plus
1.1.6. Essentials Hospital Basic Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.7. Starter Hospital Basic Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.8. Everyday Hospital Bronze Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.9. Advanced Hospital Bronze Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.10. Saver Hospital Bronze Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.11. Core Hospital Silver Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.12. Advantage Hospital Silver Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.13. Connections Hospital Gold (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.14. ADF Top Hospital Gold (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.1.15. ADF Public Hospital Basic Plus (either standalone or within a combined product).
1.2. At the time you first purchase an Eligible Policy, you:
1.2.1. are an employee of Lockheed Martin Australia;
1.2.2. are not, nor have been you in the 2 months prior to purchasing the Eligible Policy, insured under a private health insurance policy issued by Defence Health Ltd;
1.2.3. are an Australian resident, and do not reside in Western Australia or Northern Territory;
1.2.4. are at least 18 years of age; and
1.2.5. have not utilised any other discount or promotion issued or provided by Defence Health within the 12 months period before purchasing the Eligible Policy (excluding any Age Based Discount or Lifetime Health Cover Loading);
1.3. Your Eligible Policy has been active for a continuous period of 60 days from the date it commenced (“Qualifying Period”).
1.4. Your Eligible Policy remains active at the end of the Qualifying Period.
2. Gift Card Terms:
2.1. All Eligible Customers will be entitled to receive a digital gift card valued at:
2.1.1. $200 for policies with 1 adult; or
2.1.2. $400 for policies with 2 adults,
from third-party provider Prezzee Pty Ltd (ACN 602 963 422) (each a “Gift Card”).
2.2. The Gift Card is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions available at https://prezzee.com.au/en-au/policies/terms-of-sale which you acknowledge will at all times apply in parallel to this Offer.
2.3. Defence Health is not responsible for any issues with, faults in, or lost/stolen cards once issued.
2.4. Eligible Customers that take out an Eligible Policy during the Offer Term acknowledge that Defence Health Limited may be required need to provide personal information in order to provide them with the Gift Card.
2.5. The Gift Card, including instructions on redeeming it will be sent via email. The provision of the correct email address must be provided to Defence Health in order to fulfil this Offer. Email address can be updated via phone or through the membership portal. If you do not provide a and valid correct email address to Defence Health, the terms of this Offer no longer apply and Defence Health is not obliged to provide you with a Gift Card.
2.6. You acknowledge that the Offer is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned for a refund.
2.7. Gift Card will be sent to Eligible Customers within 30 days after the end of the Qualifying Period.
2.8. This Offer is limited to one (1) Eligible Customer per Eligible Policy.
3. General:
3.1. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other Defence Health promotional offer or discount.
3.2. This offer is only available for Eligible Policies purchased directly from Defence Health via telephone or its website.
3.3. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Defence Health including the right to end, change or extend the Offer. Any changes will not affect Eligible Customers who have already met the Qualifying Period.
3.4. Eligible Customers will not be entitled to any compensation in the event that the offer or an element of the offer has been substituted at equal or greater value.
3.5. Any fraudulent or misleading conduct by an Eligible Customer in relation to this offer will result in disqualification from eligibility for the Offer and may result in further action being taken by Defence Health Ltd.
3.6. To the extent permitted by law, Defence Health is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Offer or the Gift Card.
