We have agreements with more than 500 of Australia’s leading private hospital and day surgery centres.
You can lower or eliminate the out-of-pocket charges for your in-hospital medical treatment if the doctor uses Access Gap. Doctors can choose to bill their patients under Access Gap on a case-by-case basis. But you’re able to search for doctors who may be willing to use Access Gap.
We will pay your extras benefit for general treatment on-the-spot if the provider is registered with HICAPS. All the provider needs to do is swipe your membership card and your benefit will be deducted from the balance owed.
You can visit any registered provider. But we have special member prices and no-gap offers at our dental network and optical network.
